Atensiq introduces a new feature that will allow restaurant visitors to leave ratings and comments on the service easily and directly.
The main goal is to obtain the opinions of the clients that could help to detect the possible problems and thus improve the restaurant service. It´s important to mention that the feedbacks are strictly for internal use and are not published in any external medium.
The new function can be enabled in the Settings section and once enabled the application will offer the client to leave a rating from 1 to 5 and an optional comment after requesting the account.
You can view the ratings in the Ratings section within the administrator application.
